Hi, I’m Nicole Marshall, a dedicated and results-driven Realtor with over a decade of experience. I specialize in helping clients successfully market and sell their homes and investment properties. I am a native Washingtonian and proud to be in decision making positions with the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), the District of Columbia Association of Realtors (DCAR) where I sit on various committees and advisory councils including: DCAR Public Policy, DCAR Global Business Advisory, GCAAR Community Service, GCCAR Professional Network. I also sit on the board of the Fellow Square Senior Housing Organization.

Before entering the real estate industry, I spent nearly a decade at The Washington Post Media Company, where I developed, negotiated, and executed revenue-generating marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies, homebuilders, and local small businesses. I managed an $8 million marketing budget—experience I now leverage to get the best results for my real estate clients.
